Questions We Hear The Most
How do I register as a new patient?
New patients can register via our website or by calling reception. We confirm registration the same day and will invite you to book an initial consultation at a time that suits you.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient. Appointments changed with less notice may incur a small administrative charge.
Do you see patients who have not booked ahead?
For urgent clinical concerns, we run a same-day triage service — call reception first thing in the morning to be assessed and accommodated where possible. Routine appointments should be booked in advance.
What conditions do you treat?
We cover general practice, cardiology, physiotherapy, dermatology, and mental health. If you are unsure whether we can help with a particular concern, call or message us and we will give you a straight answer.
Do you offer telephone or video appointments?
Yes. Many consultations can be conducted by telephone or video — particularly follow-ups, prescription reviews, and initial triage. We will recommend the most appropriate format when you contact us to book.
Is parking available?
There are eight dedicated patient spaces directly outside the clinic entrance and additional on-street parking within a two-minute walk. We are also well served by bus and tram routes from the city centre.
